PLANTATION rum is something very special. Each rum is produced according to the traditional methods of its country of origin (usually the Caribbean) and can therefore fully express the potential of its homeland. The best ready-to-drink qualities from various distilleries are selected locally and sent to France. There, a second maturation takes place, usually in used FERRAND barrels, known as double ageing.
